 Mr.
Hsinpi Chen, the director of Chung-cheng District, started to serve
the public from basic level as the director of Li. Before working
as a governmental employee, Mr. Chen have the experiences of working
as an operator in Liutu Industrial District, an employment service
worker of Keelung Employment Center in Provincial Labor Department,
Civil Section clerk of District Office, Civil Affairs Department clerk
of City Government, Civil Section chief of District Office, Social
Bureau section chief of city government, and the section chief of
secretary office.
Mr. Chen graduated from Nanya Institute of Technology. Besides extending great efforts to everyday works, he could always solve the related problems timely. Moreover, as Mr. Chen has long devoted himself to basic level service, he is highly appreciated for his ways of getting along with people and taking care of Li/Lin service. Mr. Chen demands the colleagues in the district office to take quick actions in dealing with the requirements of the District, Li, or Lin, in the hope of bringing the function of "public services" into full play. |
