A.Organization:
The division governor manages the division by order of the city mayor. The management is carried out by 4 offices: civil affairs, social affairs, economic affairs and conscription affairs. In addition, the secretariat office is to take care of personnel and the governor's errands.

B.Business and Responsibilities:
